Roles And Responsibility

Engineering forms an important and defining part of the organizational structure at SA Air Works. As part of the Engineering Installation team, the incumbent will support the team in successfully achieving end-to-end operations

• Participate and support Project implementation and installation, including offsite ones
• Support completion of all projects within the prescribed TAT including its reporting
• Offer technical assistance to members of the engineering team
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure the timely availability of materials required at the project site
• Ensure timely closure of Work Orders (WO) on a daily and monthly basis
• Ensure effective and timely feasibility studies along with the design team for customers
• Assist the Design team with necessary technical information to develop data packages
• Work closely with the Sales team and responsible for successful closure and retention of business
• Ensure delivery of the highest quality of workmanship that Air Works Group is known for
• Secure Customer delight every time & regular customer feedback
• Maintain 100% compliance with regulatory, MOE, and Quality requirements

Skills Required

• Experience in working with an Aviation Company will be an advantage
• Technically sound with a deep understanding of Avionics installation & certification aspects
• A team player committed and result-oriented
