• Ensure the timely launch of new and improved products in line with the latest trends and customer preferences.
• Vendor identification and shortlisting the products for product meets.
• Screen designs and evaluate products from vendors.
• Classify and tag new Diamond products into the appropriate design family and hierarchy.
• Develop the planogram and oversee the creation of assortment mix for the Diamond category.
• Monitor inventory and inventory holding in stores for Diamond category to maintain inventory levels.
• Identify dead stock to be returned to vendors in order to minimize MGD losses.
