BrillBrains Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Merchandiser-level candidate for a Junior/Assistant Merchandiser role based in Surat. The position focuses on order execution, vendor coordination, sampling and documentation across retail, export, and buying agency contexts.

You will liaise with vendors, manage fabric and trims, track TNAs, and ensure quality shoots with buyers. Excellent Excel skills and ERP/SAP experience are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience as a Junior/Assistant Merchandiser in a retail brand, export house, or buying agency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/SAP software.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, trims, garment construction and apparel production workflows.

Aufgaben

• Order Execution & Tracking: manage the complete life cycle of an order from sampling to shipment.
• TNA Management: maintain the Time & Action calendar to ensure timely approvals and material availability.
• Vendor & Factory Coordination: daily communication with vendors, fabric/trim suppliers and production factories.
• Sampling Management: coordinate with the sampling department for fit samples and production counters.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain BOM, cost sheets and internal MIS on production status.
• Quality Assurance: work with QC to meet buyer specifications and quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities
• Order Execution & Tracking: Assist in managing the complete life cycle of an order from initial sampling to final shipment.
• TNA Management: Maintain and track the Time & Action (TNA) calendar to ensure timely delivery of approvals, raw materials, and final goods.
• Vendor & Factory Coordination: Daily communication with vendors, fabric/trim suppliers, and production factories to monitor development and production status.
• Sampling Management: Coordinate with the internal sampling department to prepare fit samples, size sets, and production counter-samples as per the Buyer's specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), cost sheets, and generate internal MIS reports on production status.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure final products meet the required quality standards and buyer specifications.

Location :- Surat

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience as a Junior/Assistant Merchandiser in a retail brand, export house, or buying agency.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, formulas) and ERP/SAP software (preferred).

Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabric types, trims, garment construction, and apparel production workflows.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively handle buyer communications and vendor negotiations.
