Job summary

Navrattan Enterprises, a leading jewelry manufacturer and exporter based in New Delhi, seeks a dedicated buyer liaison to manage overseas buyers and end-to-end communications.

You will resolve queries on developments, sampling, approvals, orders, and dispatch, coordinate with all departments, and travel to domestic and international exhibitions to represent the company.

Qualifications

• Must manage end-to-end buyer communications and coordinate with overseas buyers.
• Handle queries on developments, sampling, approvals, orders, and dispatch.
• Manage payments and accounts receivable from customers.
• Coordinate sample and bulk orders with all departments.
• Willingness to travel to domestic and international exhibitions.
• Export experience and fashion jewelry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact for buyers and communicate with overseas buyers via email, phone, and meetings.
• Resolve buyers’ queries related to developments, sampling, approvals, order confirmations, production and dispatch.
• Manage payments and accounts receivable from customers.
• Take instructions from buyers on sample and bulk orders and relay to departments accordingly.
• Travel to domestic and international exhibitions as needed.

Job Description/ Qualification

1. You will be the single point of contact for all your buyers and will communicate with overseas buyers via email, telephone and meetings.
2. You will resolve buyers’ all queries related with developments, sampling, approvals, order confirmation, production and dispatch.
3. You will manage payments and account receivables from customers.
4. You will take instructions from buyers on sample and bulk orders and give clear instructions to all departments concerned.
5. You will travel to domestic and international exhibitions.
6. Candidates with export experience will be preferred.
7. Candidates from Fashion Jewelry industry will be preferred.
