Job summary

Shaurya Taneja in Delhi is seeking a skilled jewellery designer to turn founder's sketches into pieces ready for casting. You will model, sculpt, prototype, and prepare CAM for casting, ensuring accuracy from screen to finished piece.

Based in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, this full-time, in-person role offers ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month plus an annual bonus of two months' salary; applications must include a portfolio of pieces actually made.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Matrix and Rhino.
• Strong in ZBrush or Blender.
• Real jewellery knowledge: stone settings, prongs and galleries, wall thickness, shrinkage, what survives casting and what doesn't.
• A portfolio of pieces that were actually made, not just rendered.
• Delhi based, full time, in person daily.

Responsibilities

• Model every piece in Matrix and Rhino, from the founder's sketches through to final.

• Print prototypes in the studio and iterate until the design is locked
• Prepare and check CAM before it goes out for casting

WHO WE ARE

We're building the first Indian jewellery and accessories brand that belongs on the global stage, not as an export, but as a name. Designed and manufactured in Delhi, built for New York. We make everything in house, and we're launching in 2026.

THE ROLE

You'll turn the founder's designs into pieces that can be cast, set and worn. Every piece the brand makes starts on your screen and passes through your hands again when it comes back from casting.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Model every piece in Matrix and Rhino, from the founder's sketches through to final
• Sculpt organic forms in ZBrush or Blender: petals, leaves, anything geometry can't build
• Print prototypes in the studio and iterate until the design is locked
• Prepare and check CAM before it goes out for casting
• Measure castings when they return and reconcile them against the model
