Job summary

Rotoris LTD. in India is seeking a Jewellery CAD Designer to join our upcoming jewellery brand. You will transform concepts into accurate, production-ready CAD files and develop detailed 3D models for rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.

You will collaborate with design, production and merchandising teams, stay updated with CAD technologies, and ensure designs meet manufacturing standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of jewellery CAD design experience.
• Proficiency in Rhino 3D, MatrixGold or equivalent CAD tools.
• Understanding of gold, silver, gemstones, diamond jewellery production.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D CAD models for rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets.
• Translate concepts and sketches into production-ready CAD files.
• Prepare realistic 3D renders for design presentations and approvals.
• Ensure designs meet manufacturing specs and quality standards.

Job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jewellery CAD Designer to join our upcoming jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of jewellery design, 3D modelling, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to transform creative concepts into accurate, production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D CAD models for jewellery, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and other jewellery pieces.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, and references into precise, production-ready CAD files.
• Work on intricate detailing, stone setting, prong placement, and metal proportions.
• Prepare realistic 3D renders for design presentations and approvals.
• Ensure designs meet manufacturing requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, production, and merchandising teams to develop new collections.
• Modify designs based on feedback while maintaining design accuracy and feasibility.
• Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, techniques, and CAD technologies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in jewellery CAD designing.
• Proficiency in jewellery CAD software such as Rhino 3D, MatrixGold, or other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing, stone setting, casting, and finishing processes.
• Knowledge of gold, silver, gemstones, and diamond jewellery is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple designs and meet deadlines.
