Job summary

Techila Global is seeking a Workday consultant to configure/maintain Benefits, implement eligibility, enrollments, life events, and carrier feeds. You will manage EIB loads, monitor integrations, and handle benefits tickets in JIRA/ServiceNow.

You will collaborate with HR, Benefits, IT, and a senior architect to deliver senior-led transformations. Hybrid work model in Bengaluru with full-time engagement and clear career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on Workday experience focusing on Benefits configuration (eligibility, plans, enrollments, life events, carrier feeds).
• Experience in Benefits administration support and issue resolution (enrollments, retro changes, life events).
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM Business Processes and Security.
• Executing EIB loads (simple to complex).
• Monitoring and troubleshooting integrations (benefits carriers/vendors).
• Inbox/ticket management (JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Creating and managing Stories in JIRA; developing Workday reports (standard and custom).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage user stories and tasks in JIRA.
• Develop and maintain standard and custom Workday reports.
