Job summary

Sumisa Technologies LLP is seeking a capable developer to join our engineering team in India. You will write clean, efficient code in Java or Python and assist in building server-side logic and APIs for core applications.

You will collaborate with senior developers to translate requirements into working software, perform tests, debug issues, and help maintain documentation and deployment activities. A CS/IT degree is preferred and Git/GitHub familiarity is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Core Java (Collections, Exceptions, Multi-threading) or Python (Data Structures, OOPs).
• Proficiency in writing clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and basic SQL querying.
• Understanding of Web Frameworks like Spring Boot (Java) or Django/Flask (Python) is a plus.
• Excellent logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail in code debugging and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle technical challenges professionally.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field preferred.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and GitHub is an added advantage.
