• Feature Development: Write clean, scalable code in Java (J2EE or Spring Boot) and Python to support student and administrative modules.
• System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining legacy systems while contributing to modern microservices migration.
• Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and assist with data integrity tasks.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing and troubleshoot application bottlenecks to ensure high system availability.
• Documentation: Maintain clear functional and technical documentation for all developed modules.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

BE /BTech or equivalent degree with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

OR

B.Sc./BCS or equivalent degree with CS/ IT specialization with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Required Technical Skills:

Languages: Proficiency in Java (J2EE or Spring) for legacy application support, with the technical agility to transition into Python for upcoming product modernization.

Frameworks: Basic understanding of Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks.

Databases: Strong foundation in SQL and relational database concepts.

Tools: Familiarity with Git for version control.

Web Basics: Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).

Desirable criteria:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and logic-building skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members. A proactive learner who is comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
