Job summary

Iris Software Inc. in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack professional to join our engineering team. You will work on enterprise-grade applications using Angular, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, delivering scalable, secure solutions.

The role requires 8-10 years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of Angular 14+, REST APIs, and multithreading. You will lead architecture discussions, drive DevOps adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate

Qualifications

• Angular 14+ with NgRx/RxJS, component design, state management.
• Java 8+ with Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT) and JPA.
• REST APIs and microservices architecture fundamentals.
• Multithreading and concurrency handling in enterprise apps.
• Messaging with RabbitMQ or similar.
• Testing with Jest.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise app architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices.
• Lead strategic technical decisions for modernization and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and secure development guidelines.
• Lead engineering teams and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Drive non-functional requirements: scalability, observability, security, DR.
• Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives for future-ready ecosystems.
• Collaborate with leadership to align engineering with strategy.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization practices.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies for platform stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams.
• Lead engineering teams and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
