Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in backend Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security (JWT), Microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience with multithreading, data structures, JPA, Kafka and MySQL.
• Familiarity with AWS CloudShell.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of modules including design, development, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication mechanisms to improve scalability.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks with root cause analysis and fixes.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
