Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. in Noida, UP, India, is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing IT services team. The role demands strong expertise in Angular components, NgRx, RxJS, Java 17+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices.

You will own end-to-end modules, define API contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while enhancing CI/CD pipelines and system performance.

Qualifications

• > Proficient in Angular 14+ with NgRx/RxJS and Microservices architecture.
• > Strong backend with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and secure coding practices.
• > Experience defining API contracts, service boundaries, and distributed systems.
• > Hands-on with messaging (JMS/ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise apps using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices.
• Define API contracts and integration strategies for distributed systems.
• Develop reusable backend components and secure enterprise services.
• Lead the development of Angular components and state management with NgRx/RxJS.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards and best practices.

Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

Angular 14+ (Angular Components + Angular State Management (NgRx, RxJS)),Microservices + REST APIs,Java 17+,Hibernate,JPA,RabbitMQ,Spring Boot + Spring Security (JWT),Spring Boot + Spring Security (Oauth)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices architecture.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
• Lead development of reusable Angular components and scalable state management solutions using NgRx and RxJS.
• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.
• Demonstrates strong technical ownership in delivering complex development activities with high-quality execution.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Drives engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, performance optimization, and defect prevention.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and production challenges.
• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and engineering best practices.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on risks and delivery progress.
