Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3/JS, microservices, React, Java, and related frameworks.
• Experience with cloud services, databases, and messaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise app architecture using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices.
• Lead strategic technical decisions on modernization and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems, microservices platforms, and API-driven ecosystems.
• Establish engineering standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines.
• Lead engineering teams and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives ensuring future-ready ecosystems.
• Collaborate with leadership teams and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with strategy.
• Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.
• Identify technical risks and architectural gaps proactively with mitigation strategies.
