Job summary

Confidential in Pune is seeking Java Fullstack Developers / Tech Leads with 8 to 12 years of experience to drive full-stack delivery. You will write clean, maintainable code and develop software with database integration, interfaces, and new features, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

You will participate in code reviews, support testing and deployment, and lead with strong communication and leadership skills in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field).
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Expertise in object oriented design and database design.
• Full stack development experience across platforms.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
