Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with 8+ years of hands‑on experience in Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, proven team‑handling experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and business stakeholders.

The candidate will be responsible for application development, technical design, code reviews, team guidance, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. Experience in Angular and PL/SQL will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and provide technical guidance.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, business users, and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions with team members and stakeholders.
• Support estimation, planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules and projects.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation wherever required.
• Identify opportunities for application performance improvement and process optimization.
• Participate in client meetings and provide technical explanations/solutions when required.
