Deutsche Bank in Pune, India seeks an experienced Java Full Stack Engineer at Assistant Vice President level. The role covers design, build and operation of treasury tech systems with end-to-end responsibility from design to production.

You will work with modern stacks (Java, React, Angular 8+, Spring Boot), cloud, containers and CI/CD, and foster collaboration across geographies while embracing AI tools and test-driven development.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT industry experience with hands-on development in Java and SQL.
• Proficient in full stack development (Java, React, Angular 8+, Spring Boot).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with build tools like Maven and Jenkins.
• Cloud-based full stack application development experience.
• Experience with Python is desirable.
• Experience with end-to-end design and delivery of solutions.
• Experience with AI tools and responsible data use.
• Strong emphasis on test-driven development and code quality.
• Knowledge of messaging, REST, and SOA patterns; testing (unit/integration).
• Agile, CI/CD practices and security considerations.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Skills And Experience

• 12+ years of experience in the IT industry with hands‑on development in Java and SQL writing skills.
• Proficient in full stack development (Java, React, Angular 8+, Spring Boot etc)
• Deep knowledge and hands‑on experience in Google Cloud, OpenShift, Docker and Kubernetes as well as exposure to a range of modern build tools, such as Maven, Jenkins
• Hands‑on development experience on Cloud based full stack application.
• Experience in python is desirable
• Experience with end-to-end design and delivery of solutions
• Experience in using AI tools
• Passionate about test driven development
• Working knowledge of messaging (JMS, PubSub)
• Experience with Messaging and integration, Patterns, REST, SOA
• Strong hold on unit and integration testing
• Practices: Code Quality, Sonar, Veracode, Security, dev ops, Agile, CI & CD

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
