Job summary

Iris Software is seeking a senior Java professional to lead offshore teams and design low-latency FX trading systems. With 8+ years of experience, you will shape architecture and SDLC practices across distributed environments.

You will work on Java ecosystems, core Java, multithreading, and middleware technologies, mentoring juniors and coordinating with global stakeholders. Experience with streaming/logistics tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong experience leading offshore teams.
• FX trading system experience with low-latency design and development.
• 8+ years total work experience.
• 8+ years in SDLC models (waterfall, agile).
• 6+ years Java coding experience; core Java and multithreading.

Job Description

• Computer science or similar education background.
• Strong experience leading Offshore teams
• FX Trading System Experience. Strong on designing & developing low latency systems
• 8+ years total work experience.
• 8+ years experience in SDLC models (waterfall, and agile).
• 6+ yearsjava coding experience. Good with Core Java and Multithreading skills)
• 4+ years experience in unix scripting and RDBMS Sql (e.g. sql server)
