Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot and microservices. You will build RESTful APIs, ensure security with JWT/OAuth2, and integrate with PostgreSQL databases for high-availability enterprise apps.

Work on CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and collaboration with frontend and QA teams; on-site role with growth opportunities, health benefits, and learning stipends.

Qualificações

• Proficient in Java 11+ with Spring Boot for backend services.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and caching.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based backend services using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Optimize database interactions with PostgreSQL/MySQL and implement caching layers using Redis or Hazelcast for low-latency responses.
• Build secure, scalable services with JWT/OAuth2 authentication, rate limiting, and audit logging aligned with enterprise SLAs.
• Collaborate with frontend and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features using CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI).
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production incidents using APM tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and implement automated health checks.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and architectural decisions to maintain code quality and system resilience.
