Job summary

Viraaj HR Solutions Private Limited in Chennai is looking for a Java-based web applications developer to design, build, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. You will work on full-stack solutions across BFSI, healthcare, and retail clients.

You will develop responsive front-end interfaces with Angular or React, collaborate with DevOps to containerize with Docker, and help manage CI/CD pipelines on Kubernetes in cloud environments such as AWS.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building Java web applications with Spring Boot.
• Proficient with RESTful APIs and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Frontend frameworks Angular or React and modern UI patterns.
• Docker and CI/CD experience; Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Java-based web applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using Angular/React, integrating with backend services and managing state efficiently.
• Collaborate with DevOps to containerize apps using Docker, manage CI/CD pipelines, and deploy on Kubernetes clusters.
• Optimize SQL queries and schema design for high-volume transactional databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle/MySQL).
• Write unit/integration tests using JUnit and Mockito; enforce code coverage and static analysis standards.
• Participate in agile ceremonies; troubleshoot production issues and contribute to architectural review sessions.
