Job summary

Intellistaff is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer / Lead for hybrid roles in India (Bangalore/Chennai/Pune). The role centers on building scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

You will design and implement RESTful APIs, drive API design, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD, security, and performance optimization. Strong DSA knowledge and Banking/BFSI exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 611 years of hands-on experience in Java Backend Development.
• Strong coding and problem-solving skills with solid DSA knowledge.
• Experience in designing scalable enterprise applications.
• Banking/BFSI domain experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance Microservices-based enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Follow coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
• Support CI/CD implementation and deployment activities.
