Qualifications

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling high-performance backend systems and enterprise microservices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, drive technical architecture, and ensure code quality across production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Development: Write clean, modular, maintainable, and highly efficient Java code for scalable backend architectures.
• Architecture & Design: Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven backend systems using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Database Management: Build, optimize, and maintain relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Containerize applications using Docker/Kubernetes and deploy onto cloud infrastructure AWS using modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Performance Tuning: Perform code reviews, profile applications, and optimize query/system execution to handle high-throughput, low-latency demands.
• Technical Leadership: Guide junior/mid-level engineers, drive technical documentation, and actively participate in agile development ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
