Job summary

Fulcrum Worldwide Software in Pune is seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer for a hybrid, full-time role with immediate joiners. You will design and develop scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes and AWS.

You should have 6–9 years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of SQL, and a passion for solving complex distributed systems challenges while delivering high‑performance applications in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Developer with 6–9 years of experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS/Cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in backend development, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and troubleshooting complex technical issues across multi-tier architectures.

Must-Have Skills
