Job summary

Mahendra Nextwealth is seeking a Japanese Language Team Leader to manage a team of Japanese language professionals within our operations/support process. The role focuses on driving performance, quality, and SLA adherence across customer interactions.

You will lead daily operations, coach staff, handle escalations, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes in vendor support, e-commerce, and catalog/PDP areas. Strong Japanese and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have team handling / team lead experience (minimum 1-2 years).
• Must possess JLPT N2 or NAT-TEST Q2 certification.
• Excellent Japanese and English communication skills are required.
• Experience in Vendor Support, E-commerce, Catalog, PDP, Ticket Handling, VM or Email Support is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is expected.
