Qualifications

• 5+ years of JAMF experience, total 7+ years in IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS device management.
• Good troubleshooting and scripting skills.
• Experience with MDM and security best practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira or ManageEngine
• Preferred JAMF 200 or 300 certification and Apple Business Manager experience
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.
