Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Chennai, India, is seeking a JAMF L3 Engineer with strong experience in JAMF Pro and Apple device management.

You'll manage the JAMF Pro environment, oversee the Apple device lifecycle, provide L2/L3 support, create policies, and perform patch management for macOS and iOS while building automation scripts to improve security and efficiency. Familiarity with ITSM tools and MDM best practices is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant JAMF experience (Total 7 years).
• Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS.
• Good troubleshooting and scripting skills.
• Experience with MDM and security practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow / Jira / ManageEngine.
• Preferred JAMF 200 or 300 certification.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager.
• ITIL knowledge.
