The role focuses on managing JAMF Pro, OS deployment, security configurations, and automation scripting while providing advanced L2/L3 support and collaborating with security teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of JAMF experience (Total 7 years).
• Strong knowledge of macOS and iOS.
• Good troubleshooting and scripting skills.
• Experience with MDM and security practices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow / Jira / ManageEngine.
• Preferred JAMF 200 or 300 certification.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager.
• ITIL knowledge.
