• Good knowhow of principles of thermal and fluid sciences, heat, and energy transfers for making good engine performance calibration development to meet emission norms and performance requirements.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Apply principles of fluid dynamics and heat transfer (thermodynamics and energy conversion systems).
• Quantitative understanding of liquid and gas flow.
• Analyze and interpret performance of Heat transfer/energy conversion systems between IC engines and system components.

• Investigate product, system, and technology-related issues in thermal and fluid sciences, take ownership of problem resolution, recommends appropriate corrective or improvement actions.
• Make day‑to‑day project decisions that support successful project progress and independently executes established work processes.
• Conduct analysis and testing as part of routine project activities and Documents analysis results and outcomes.
