Job summary

NS Global Corporation in Bengaluru seeks an experienced IWMS System Administrator to manage IBM TRIRIGA or FM:Systems OpenBlue and to integrate AutoCAD workflows for space optimization. You will administer the IWMS platform across global portfolios and configure workflows, reporting, and security settings.

You will collaborate with real estate and workplace teams to maintain data integrity and drive efficient space management, MAC processes, and CAD data alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on administration experience in an enterprise IWMS platform (TRIRIGA, FM:Systems / OpenBlue).
• CAD expertise with AutoCAD including drawing cleanup, polylining, attributes, and layer management.
• Knowledge of system architecture, database management (SQL queries), and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the IWMS platform (IBM TRIRIGA / FM:Systems OpenBlue) across global/regional real estate portfolios.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security groups using RBAC.
• Perform system updates, patch management, performance monitoring, and routine troubleshooting.
• Configure core system elements: business rules, forms, fields, lookups, navigation, and hierarchies.
• Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and business process logic.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into IWMS configurations.
• Use AutoCAD to edit and maintain floor plans and CAD drawings integrated into IWMS.
• Support space management, occupancy tracking, MAC, and data integrity alignment.
• Create standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder needs.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IWMS System Administrator with a strong background in IBM TRIRIGA or FM:Systems (OpenBlue) to manage, configure, and maintain our Integrated Workplace Management System. The ideal candidate will combine system administration expertise with AutoCAD proficiency to support space optimization, drawing coordination, and workplace workflow design.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Security

• Administer the IWMS platform (IBM TRIRIGA / FM:Systems OpenBlue) across global/regional real estate portfolios.
• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security groups using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Perform system updates, patch management, performance monitoring, and routine troubleshooting.

System Configuration & Workflow Design

• Configure core system elements: business rules, custom forms, fields, lookups, navigation items, and organizational hierarchies.
• Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and business process logic to streamline facility operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional IWMS configurations.

Space Management & AutoCAD Coordination

• Utilize AutoCAD to edit, sync, and maintain clean floor plans and CAD drawings integrated into the IWMS environment.
• Support space allocations, occupancy tracking, move management (MAC), and polyline/layer standards.
• Ensure CAD data integrity aligns with space management modules.

Reporting & Analytics

• Build, customize, and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports and interactive dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Extract operational data for space utilization, asset tracking, and facilities performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of hands‑on administration experience in an enterprise IWMS platform (TRIRIGA, FM:Systems / OpenBlue Workplace).
• CAD Expertise: Good working knowledge of AutoCAD (drawing cleanup, space polylining, block attributes, and layer management).
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Knowledge of system architecture, database management (SQL queries), and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of facilities management workflows (Move Management, Space Allocation, Maintenance Work Orders, Lease Administration).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills to collaborate with global real estate and workplace service teams.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred

• Direct hands‑on experience with Johnson Controls FM:Systems / OpenBlue ecosystem.
• Prior experience in space planning or CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) integration.
