Cloudxtreme in Chennai, India seeks an experienced software leader with IVR focus to drive design, development and delivery of next‑gen communication solutions.

You will lead a team, own IVR architecture, collaborate with cloud, security, and QA, and mentor engineers across .NET, Java and Node.js ecosystems. Proficiency with Twilio, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD and modern tooling is essential.

Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in software development with at least 3 years in IVR development and 2+ years in team leadership.
Strong proficiency in IVR platforms (Twilio and M365).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, Confluence.
Strong grasp of security and privacy standards relevant to customer data handling.
Proficiency in .NET, Java, Node.js and other scripting languages.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
