Job summary

PwC India in Bangalore is seeking ITAM / ServiceNow professionals with 2 to 10 years of experience across ServiceNow platform administration, CMDB, HAM, SAM and ITAM operations. You will support or lead ITAM activities, maintain data quality and governance, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include maintaining CMDB records, enabling software entitlement and licence reconciliation, and delivering operational reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow, CMDB, HAM, SAM or ITAM operations.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Management lifecycle processes and governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration/configuration and reporting.
• Knowledge of data quality, reconciliation and auditing in ITAM.

• Perform inventory validation, reconciliation and data-quality checks.

• Maintain CMDB data quality, CI relationships and discovery alignment.
• Configure or support ServiceNow modules, workflows, ACLs and integrations as applicable.

Role Summary

We are looking for ITAM / ServiceNow professionals with experience across one or more of the following areas: ServiceNow Platform Administration, CMDB, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and ITAM Service Delivery.

The role will be responsible for supporting or leading ITAM and ServiceNow activities, maintaining data quality and compliance, managing operational processes, resolving discrepancies, producing reports, and coordinating with business, technical, and client stakeholders.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Hands-on experience in one or more areas: ServiceNow, CMDB, HAM, SAM, or ITAM operations.
• Good understanding of IT Asset Management lifecycle processes, governance, controls, and compliance.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration/configuration, including workflows, ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, forms, or integrations, depending on role.
• Experience managing and maintaining CMDB CI records, relationships, data quality, identification/reconciliation, and governance.
• Knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle management, including inventory, receiving, tagging, transfers, reconciliation, audits, and IT asset disposition.
• Knowledge of software asset management, including software inventory, entitlements, licence reconciliation, compliance, renewals, and true-ups.
• Experience investigating data discrepancies, performing reconciliation, identifying root causes, and tracking corrective actions.
• Understanding of SLA/KPI management, process compliance, audit readiness, risk management, and service quality.
• Good reporting and data-management skills, including experience working with Excel and operational reports.
• Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams such as Procurement, Infrastructure, Applications, Finance, Vendors, and ServiceNow/platform teams.
