Job summary

Lykora Consulting Services Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong ITAM/ITOM and AI-driven automation to build and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

You will implement and optimize HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB health, and integrations with enterprise tools, while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• 3+ years of ITAM and/or ITOM implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Discovery, Event Management, MID Server, IRE, and CMDB Health.
• Experience with AI-enabled automation, LLMs, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance HAM Pro, SAM Pro, asset lifecycle management, software licensing, and compliance workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Cloud Discovery, Event Management, and MID Servers.
• Improve CMDB health using IRE, reconciliation, and governance best practices.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise tools such as Intune, SCCM, Flexera, and Tanium.
• Develop AI-powered automation using ServiceNow AI Platform, Now Assist, AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior developers.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD and relevant CIS certifications.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands‑on experience with Now Assist, ServiceNow AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Terraform, or Ansible.
