Job summary

YES IT Labs LLC in Noida (India) is seeking an IT Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, and maintain IT systems. The role involves assisting users with installations, configurations, remote support, and issue resolution.

Ideal candidates will have a IT-related degree or experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while communicating effectively with users and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technical Support Engineer / IT Support Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking systems.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols.
• Basic experience with scripting languages such as Shell or Perl (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain client computer systems and applications.
• Respond promptly to IT support requests from users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Provide technical support both on-site and via remote access tools.
