Job summary

YES IT Labs in Noida seeks an IT System and Network Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems. The role covers on-site and remote assistance, installations, configurations, and documentation.

The candidate should have a IT/CS/BCA background, strong hardware, OS, and networking knowledge, and familiarity with scripting and IT security basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS or related field.
• Proven experience as IT technical support engineer / IT support specialist.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, OS and networking.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs and IP-based protocols.
• Scripting basics (Shell or Perl) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain client computer systems and applications.
• Respond promptly to IT support requests from users.

Job Summary: Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, and maintain IT systems.

Assist users with installations, configurations, remote support, and issue resolution. Ideal candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and relevant IT education or experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain client computer systems and applications.
• Respond promptly to IT support requests from users
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Provide technical support both on-site and via remote access tools.
• Maintain and monitor computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Repair or replace faulty hardware components when required.
• Assist users with system configurations and software installations.

• Prepare technical reports and documentation for completed tasks.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Technical Support Engineer / IT Support Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking systems.
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols.
• Basic experience with scripting languages such as Shell or Perl (preferred).
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Windows, Linux, and networking tools.
• Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Requirements Educations :

• Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), Computer Applications (BCA), or a related technical field.
• Diploma in Computer Engineering / IT can also be considered.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft certifications, or similar will be an added advantage.
