Job summary

WinTech Solutions is hiring Network Engineers and IT Support Engineers for an Ericsson project across multiple locations in India. Freshers and experienced candidates with networking and IT support knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include onsite IT and network support, troubleshooting LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN, and assisting with end-user devices. Travel or relocation may be required per project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT/CS/electronics or related field.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi concepts.
• Knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to travel or relocate as per project requirements.

• CCNA or other networking certifications.
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, NOC, Desktop Support, or Network Support roles.
