What will your job look like: The IT Support Specialist provides advanced technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and complex IT issues across multiple technology domains. This role manages escalated service requests, performs in-depth troubleshooting, and collaborates closely with IT engineering teams to resolve persistent infrastructure problems. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, knowledge base development, and full lifecycle management of IT equipment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
Work Experience: 2–4 years of relevant IT support experience preferred. Prior Service Desk experience (0–2 years) is an advantage.
Certifications: CompTIA A+ or equivalent preferred. Security+ and ITIL Foundations certifications preferred. Advanced certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft) are a plus.
