Job Description:

Develop, maintain, and implement information, network, and user security standards and best practices for the organization.

Experience in team management and shift roaster preparation.

Experience in tracking asset movement, IT incidents, and security breaches.

Research, document, and track security incidents (internal/external) and make recommendations for appropriate actions for remediation. Develop additional controls as necessary.

Assist with new product implementation and patch management.

Educate and inform employees about information security policies and procedures, as well as the latest threats and vulnerabilities relevant to the company.

Track information security assessments, identify network vulnerabilities, and define remediation steps.

Maintain a thorough understanding of standards and compliance regulations impacting the company.

Implement and manage branch office’s internet, CCTV, etc.

Coordinate information security awareness training.

Ensure that the firm’s information security systems function optimally and that all BCP/DR goals are met through scheduled testing.

Perform risk assessments, including policy compliance reviews, vulnerability analyses, penetration tests, and risk mitigation.

Regularly propagate information security threats to improve employee awareness.

Conduct IT asset audits (physical verification) periodically or as needed.

Monitor networks for security issues or breaches and investigate violations.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• 5-7 years of experience in handling corporate IT infrastructure, including asset management, team management, network support, and security assessments.
• Ability to identify risks, mitigate vulnerabilities, and prevent security issues.
• Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, EDR, and SSO concepts.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing & switching, firewalls, system administration, Active Directory, and security standards.
• Strong understanding of operating systems: Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Experience in handling information security issues and proposing remedies.
• Experience with network, vulnerability, and penetration testing tools and techniques.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and logical problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, SOC2, and other compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Jumpcloud, SentinelOne, and applications like Ameyo, Ozonetel, Exotel.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in security assessments and policies.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and DLP concepts is a plus.
