What you will do as IT Support Executive for a Resort Property – Malihabad

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related hardware. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Monitor and troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and LAN systems. Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications. Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset records. Ensure regular data backup and basic system security measures. Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and technical support. Monitor CCTV systems and assist with access-control systems where required. Support email configuration and user account management. Ensure all IT systems function efficiently with minimal downtime.
