Galaxy Resource Private Limited (GRPL India) is hiring a Guest Relations Executive for a leading resort in Malihabad, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time position offers 5 openings with a salary range of ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.

You will greet guests, escort VIPs and wedding parties, brief on rooms, dining and events, and coordinate with front office, housekeeping and F&B to fulfill requests. Weekend and shift flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate special arrangements – welcome kits, room upgrades, late check-outs.
• Collect guest feedback, maintain guest-history records and share service-improvement points.
