Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, networking, and systems at Toll Plazas/ATMS.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/WAN, printer, and CCTV issues.
• Provide technical support for ETC/Fastag systems and toll management software.
• Monitor servers, system performance, data backups, and network uptime.
• Deliver on-site technical support and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset records, service logs, and system documentation.
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and standards.

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and support IT infrastructure, networking, and toll management systems at our Toll Plaza/ATMS projects. Freshers with strong hardware and networking knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or hardware support preferred.
• Freshers with sound knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting are also encouraged to apply.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, networking equipment, and systems at Toll Plazas/ATMS.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/WAN, printer, and CCTV-related issues.
• Provide technical support for ETC/Fastag systems and toll management software.
• Monitor servers, system performance, data backups, and network uptime.
• Deliver on-site technical support and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
