The role involves troubleshooting, managing local technical projects, developing and enforcing policies, and supporting global customers remotely, with travel within the region as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Windows Server techs including AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
• 2+ years troubleshooting in multi-user high-availability environments.
• 2+ years PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
• 1+ year IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• 2+ years networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, TCP/IP).
• 2+ years cross-platform support (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• 2+ years maintaining a corporate network environment.

About The Role

As an IT Support Engineer I, you will use your knowledge and specialized skills to implement technical solutions and provide high quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software across sites in a defined geographical area. You can troubleshoot and solve straightforward problems that do not have defined SOPs.

Key job responsibilities

• Managing local technical projects.
• Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identifying root-causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
• Supporting global customers remotely.
• Basis the business need flexible to travel within your local or regional area to support our customers basis

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
• 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
• 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience
• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
• 2+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
• 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
• 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of computer networking experience
• Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment
