You will provide hands-on IT hardware support, troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi, and assist with security policies while traveling to nearby branches as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of hands-on IT helpdesk/desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365/Google Workspace.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Google Enterprise administration.
• Experience with SSO, user access management, and authentication systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms GoDaddy, Azure and/or AWS.
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN, and network troubleshooting.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot Google Workspace (G Suite) and Google Enterprise environments, including user administration, access management, and related configurations.
• Support and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO), user authentication, and access control requirements.
• Work with cloud platforms such as GoDaddy, Microsoft Azure, and/or AWS for routine administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, including desktop PCs, laptops, peripherals, and office equipment.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN), switches, routers, and Wi-Fi connectivity across multiple nearby branches.
• Support enterprise software applications, handle user access controls, and assist with routine software updates.
• Assist in implementing basic IT security policies, endpoint protection, and data privacy safeguards.
• Handle and troubleshoot firewalls, routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VPNs, and general network connectivity issues.
• Travel promptly to nearby branch locations as required to resolve hardware, network, or application issues.

Candidate Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Min 2 years of hands-on experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, IT infrastructure, or general IT support environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365/Google Workspace, network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Good working experience with Google Workspace (G Suite) and Google Enterprise administration.
• Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), user access management, and authentication systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GoDaddy, Microsoft Azure, and/or AWS.
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with firewalls, routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VPNs, and network troubleshooting.
