Job summary

QPIAI India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain, upgrade, and manage our IT systems. The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering technical support to users across hardware, software, and network domains.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, manage Active Directory, and assist with security and data backups, while supporting VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, and network infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support or similar role.
• Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory).
• Support Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewall, and network connectivity.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security.
• Document issues, solutions, and system configurations.

• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
