Job summary

Medpace Clinical Research India is seeking an IT Support professional to manage user accounts, provide end-user assistance across global offices, and troubleshoot hardware and software on Medpace equipment.

The role requires English proficiency, an Associate’s degree in CS/IT, and at least 1 year in a help desk. Familiarity with Exchange Server Tools and Office 365 is a plus; rotating shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365 and cloud apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail, and other applications.
• Provide support to end users in local and regional offices globally on IT equipment and software.
• Identify, research and resolve technical problems of IT equipment and software applications.
• Respond to IT tickets, calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support.
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions.
• Communicate with regional/global IT teams to advance IT initiatives.
• Rotating shift.

Title

Due to our continued growth, we are in need of a qualified, focused individual for a vital role in our IT Support department.

Overview

Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing phase l-lV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Responsibilities

• Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail, and other applications;


• Provide support to end users in local and regional offices around the world who are on Medpace IT equipment and software applications including computer hardware, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, building security systems, environment monitoring systems, computer operating systems, office applications;


• Identify, research and resolve technical problems of IT equipment and software applications;


• Respond to IT tickets, telephone calls, e-mails, and requests for technical support;


• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions; and


• Communicate and collaborate with a regional/global IT team members to advance IT initially;


• Rotating shift.
