Job summary

Medpace in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to play a key role in our growing HR team. You will support onboarding communications, payroll data preparation, and handling confidential employee information in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional experience, strong Excel skills, and solid communication abilities to liaise with internal departments and employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional setting.
• Beginner-to-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Beginner-to-Intermediate knowledge of Human Resources or Enterprise Resource Planning software.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
