Job summary

Genpact Hyderabad is seeking an IT Service & Support Analyst to join the enterprise applications team. The role focuses on day-to-day service operations, access provisioning, and strong analytical communication to resolve user requests.

Work hours are 2pm to 11pm, on-site at Hyderabad (WFO). You will perform basic SQL queries, use Excel formulas for reporting, and contribute to automation initiatives within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Strong proficiency in Excel formulas.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of service and support processes.
• Knowledge of access provisioning and enterprise applications.
• VBA macros and Excel automation knowledge is an added advantage.
