• Drive digitalization and continuous service improvement.

We are looking for: IT Service Owner (Sales Domain) / Data Analytics Service Owner

You’ll break new ground by:

• Assume end-to-end responsibility and ownership for your Data Analytics service, products, and related projects in the Sales Domain.
• Coordinate and manage the development and maintenance of assigned services together with internal teams and external consultants or developers.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT experts, translating business needs into clear priorities and service outcomes.
• Support the team in identifying priorities, handling project escalations, and enabling individual coaching and development.
• Ensure that work is carried out according to agreed quality, audit, compliance, and security standards.
• Drive digitalization through new technologies, emerging trends, and continuous service improvement.
• Take responsibility for communication, collaboration, and relationship management with key internal and external stakeholders, including service status, planning, and information sharing.
• Support cost controlling and resource planning within your area of responsibility.
• Foster an agile mindset and strengthen agile ways of working across the team and service environment.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and become a valued advisor for critical sales processes that support their digital transformation.
• Stay open to new challenges and take ownership of additional key initiatives within your domain when business needs evolve.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience in managing IT or Data Analytics projects, ideally in complex international environments.
• Excellent communication, mediation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, CRM, and web analytics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques, with the ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business terms.
• Experience managing projects that use visualization technologies such as Power BI is beneficial.
• A customer-centric mindset and a strong understanding of sales processes, customer journeys, and related system landscapes.
• A collaborative, structured, and proactive way of working with a strong focus on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Business-fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
