Job summary

WazirX in Mumbai seeks an IT Systems Administrator to manage corporate Windows and macOS devices, oversee Google Workspace onboarding and offboarding, and monitor endpoint security to safeguard company assets. You will handle patch and vulnerability management, basic network troubleshooting, and hardware issues while maintaining accurate IT asset inventory and supporting security audits.

• Experience in Windows 10/11 and macOS administration.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, EDR solutions, and patch/vulnerability management.

Requirements

• Key Skills: Windows 10/11 and macOS administration, Microsoft Intune/Jamf (MDM), Google Workspace administration, endpoint security and EDR, patch and vulnerability management, network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN), hardware troubleshooting and asset management.
• Preferred: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Jamf, Google Workspace Admin, or ITIL certifications.
