Job summary

Mantle Solutions is looking for an IT Reporting Analyst to join the Implementation Reporting & Alerting team. You will monitor IT implementation activities, prepare management reports, track milestones, and communicate critical updates across multiple locations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel expertise, and experience with MIS or PMO functions. You will develop dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and support reporting process improvements in a fast-growing technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Reporting, MIS, PMO, Project Coordination, or IT Operations.
• Exposure to retail or multi-location business environments will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and ticketing/project tracking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of IT implementation activities across multiple locations.

• Identify risks, delays, bottlenecks, and inconsistencies, and proactively elevate them to the relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate implementation trackers, dashboards, and reporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to gather project updates.
• Ensure timely reporting of critical alerts and implementation issues.
• Analyze project data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
• Maintain high data accuracy and ensure reports are complete and up to date.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Reporting Analyst to join our Implementation Reporting & Alerting team. This role will be responsible for monitoring IT implementation activities, preparing management reports, identifying project risks and delays, and ensuring timely communication of critical updates. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent reporting capabilities, and experience working with IT projects, MIS, or PMO functions.

• Experience in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Good understanding of project tracking and implementation reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
