Job summary

TP in Hyderabad, India seeks an experienced BI report developer to design, build and maintain dashboards and analytics for workforce planning, scheduling, and performance metrics, using Power BI, Tableau or Excel.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, validate data from multiple sources, optimize report performance, and present insights with clear visualizations to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 1-15 years of experience in a similar role within IT Services & Consulting.
• Strong proficiency in creating complex reports using various reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources (e.g., BPO) and ability to extract relevant information using SQL queries.
