Orcapod Consulting Services Private Limited is seeking an IT Recruiter for Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring on a permanent work-from-home basis. The role requires deep experience in domestic recruitment and C2H hiring, with strong sourcing and interview coordination skills.

• 15 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in C2H recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up abilities.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment portals.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Handle offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:

• 15 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
